REFUND POLICY 


BIZCONNEX or BIZ GLOBALTOURS representing M/s AVNI MICE Solutions Private Limited, understands that unexpected circumstances may arise, and we want to ensure our customers have flexibility and peace of mind when booking with us. Below is our refund policy:

 

Booking Cancellations

- Cancellation 60 days before departure, 75% Refund of the total booking cost.

- Cancellations between 60-30 days before departure, 50% Refund of the total booking cost.

- Cancellations between 30-15 days before departure, 25% Refund of the total booking cost.

- Cancellations before 14 days or less before departure, No Refund of the total booking cost.

 

Exceptions

- Some travel services, such as airline tickets, may have stricter cancellation policies or penalties. We will inform you of these exceptions at the time of booking.

- No refunds will be issued for unused travel services or portions of packages.

 

Refund Process

- Refunds will be processed within 14-21 business days after receiving your cancellation request.

- Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment Only.

 

Changes to Bookings

- If you need to make changes to your booking, we will try to accommodate your request. However, changes may be subject to additional fees or penalties and approval of suppliers/ vendors which cannot be contested.

 

Force Majeure

- In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, political instability, or other external factors, we reserve the right to cancel or modify your booking. In such cases, we will offer a full or partial refund, or alternative travel arrangements as per convenience of the Majority.

 

Dispute Resolution

- If you have a dispute or complaint, please contact us. We will work to resolve the issue fairly and promptly.
