On arrival in Guangzhou Airport. Proceed to complete Immigration formalities and baggage claim. Meet our representative at Arrival Hall (Details will be shared 3 days prior to arrival), to get transferred to Hotel in a coach/ shuttle. On reaching the hotel, finish the check-in formalities and get fresh/ get some rest.

- No Credit is allowed and all advances and full payments to be received before departure at any cost. Else tour participation will be cancelled.

- Air fair is calculated at the time of proposal creation and is subject to change at the time of booking.
- 100% payment is to be made for domestic packages before 7 days of departure date.
- 100% payment is to be made for international packages before 14 days of departure date.
- In case of cancellation standard cancellation policies will be applicable or may be changed as per the policies

- 59 - 16 days before date of departure: 75% of total cost
- 15 days or less before date of departure: 100% of total cost
In the event of an Medical Emergency (Valid s to be provided), we can assist up to 50% refund up to 10 days to departure.
