Payment Schedule
To assure you the best of the support and services from the hotel & our team, Payment cycle as follows.
- 30% of the agreement value is payable at the time of Confirmation.
- 40% of Agreement value is payable at 60 days before Check in Date.
- 30% of the Agreement value is payable 30 days before check in Date.
- Additional, Incidentals would be payable before checking out.
- Prices mentioned are best offered and subjected to change and availability.
- Upon advance receipts & Letter of Intent, we shall obtain hotel blockings & send confirmations.
We thrive to stand by you to assist in saving maximum losses that may incurr. In the event of cancellation of the proposed trip, we extend following charges imposed by suppliers for the tour.

- 29 - 20 days before date of departure: 50% of total cost
- 19 days or less before date of departure: 100% of total cost
